Common questions

The invite link doesn't open the app

Browsers inside other apps (such as messengers) may not open links in the app. Tap the button on the page that opens the app, or enter the 8-character code at the end of the link under “Join with a code” in the app.

My result says “Permission off”

Results can't be judged while Screen Time access is off. Follow the steps on the Goals tab in the app to allow access again.

My result says “Unverified”

It happens in three cases. (1) In a “Confirm first” group, you didn't confirm a successful day before the reveal time; next time, tap “Confirm and share” in the app. (2) You had no goal that day. (3) The iPhone that judges your results couldn't send that day's result; open the app on that iPhone with an internet connection. To make the iPhone you're using the judging device, go to Settings > Device and tap “Make this the judging device”.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings > Delete account. What stays after deletion is described in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

How do I report a message or a user?

Email yong@awaik.io with the group name, the nickname, the date, and what happened. A group leader can remove members, and anyone can leave a group.
