4. The Service

The Service lets you create groups and invite friends, set daily usage-limit goals, judge and reveal results to the group, react and cheer, and get notifications. The Service is free.

5. Limits of result judging

Results are judged by Screen Time on your iPhone (provided by Apple). Depending on the device, its permissions, and how iOS behaves, a result can differ from your actual use, and we do not guarantee that results are accurate. We are not part of any promise users make to each other about results (such as a bet).

8. Rights to content

You keep the rights to your content. We use it only as needed to run the Service (storing it, showing it to your group members, and sending notifications). What stays in a group after you delete your account is described in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Service

We may change or stop the Service. If we stop it, we will announce it on this website in advance.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings > Delete account.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, by your own fault, or by outages of outside services such as Apple's. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
